Myfireshop is committed to protecting your privacy. We DO NOT sell or otherwise distribute Customer details to third parties other than those directly involved in the supply of ordered goods. The system will only record any details you have voluntarily supplied to us directly for example; signing up to a news letter. We do reserve the right however to use the information supplied to contact you directly, regarding changes to Myfireshop, or any other products or pages you have requested or we think may be a source of information to you.
Delivery Cost & Duration
Myfireshop aims to post all orders by the next working day or within 48 hours, once orders have been placed and payment received. Due to the nature of some products, if supplied as stated by a manufacturer the delay of postage will be communicated to you. Standard United Kingdom orders take 2-3 working days. All costs will be indicated at the payment stage of your transaction including all carrier fees.
Delivery & Returns
Myfireshop only delivers goods to the United Kingdom mainland, by Royal Mail all other countries enquiries must be made via the contact form. If you purchase goods and your address is NOT in the said regions you will be charged a 10% administration fee and the remainder of your monies will be credited to the account used to pay for the goods. If you order the wrong product and want to return it there will be a 25% handling charge deducted from your refund. All products will be delivered using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. A signature will be required when the products are delivered. A parcel is NOT deemed missing or lost unless 15 working days have elapsed after the parcel has been dispatched. We DO NOT issue refunds or replacement goods unless 15 working days has past. After this we will submit a claim to Royal Mail and either issue a refund or replace your lost goods. We DO NOT take responsibility for late or non delivery due to factors outside our control. Non faulty goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund of purchase price. They must be unused, in their original packaging, undamaged and suitable for resale when received by us with all carriage charges paid in full. All products returned to us will be thoroughly checked by our Returns Department and only then will a refund, replacement or exchange be authorized and processed. Returns are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt. The product is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Faulty, Damaged or incorrect Goods
All our products are individually checked before posting. However, in the unlikely event of an item being faulty, damaged or incorrect then please contact Myfireshop by email or on 01226 726168 within 48 hours of receipt of your products, quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or replacement. The product is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Refunds
If a refund is to be made it will be in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods. We will refund the returns postage for faulty / damaged or incorrect goods. These Terms and Conditions DO NOT affect your statutory rights.

We do however believe that the textual information supplied on this site is for public use, freely available on the internet and can be copied and used in any manner whatsoever. We hope to all concerned that there is an understanding and a need to show the videos used to promote and elevate our Fire and Rescue Service – after all they are one of the best in the world!
